Boom Boat Operator for Lumber Sawmill

We are a custom cut sawmill seeking experienced, reliable and responsible Boom Boat Operators.
- experience operating a side winder
- have the ability to open and move customers log booms and bundles
- be able to feed logs onto jack ladder
- an understanding of water safety issues
- be in excellent physical condition
- have a strong work ethic
- consistent attendance
- self-motivated
- demonstrate effective communication skills with a good grasp of the English language
- Minimum 2 years experience working on the water

These opportunities all involve Monday to Friday shift work on a two week shift rotation. Day shift 7:am - 3:30 pm and Afternoon shift 4:00 pm - 12:30 am. Must have your own transportation as we are not close to public transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
