**Position Description**:
Our Housekeeping Team plays a pivotal role within the guest service department. They are responsible for not only preparing guest rooms and maintaining the cleanliness of the lodge but also engaging in a rotational schedule, which includes serving breakfast and après, as well as assisting in the lodge store. The role of a Housekeeper at Baldface encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, encompassing tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, attending to bathrooms, and ensuring overall tidiness. In addition, this position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.

**Overview of Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms, chalets, guest bathrooms, and common areas in the lodge on a daily basis.
- Perform daily cleaning and vacuuming of the entire lodge as needed.
- During transition days, ensure the meticulous cleaning of all guest accommodations, including changing bedding and towels. This aspect is critical as it forms the guest's initial impression.
- Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, and folding. Maintain a tidy and well-organized housekeeping area.
- Set up the breakfast table for the following morning's service and be present during service hours.
- Prepare the après food service area in advance of guest arrival. Monitor and replenish food items as required, promptly informing kitchen staff of any shortages. Provide attentive and courteous service to guests.
- Contribute to the arrangement of the dining room for dinner service and assist in the lodge's retail shop during the evening hours.
