**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and caulking as necessary.
- Collaborate with other preppers and professionals to ensure a seamless finish on projects.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences regarding color selection and finish types.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction painting or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with caulking techniques and the use of hand tools is essential.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $17.57-$32.24 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- paint preperation: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
