Maintenance Handyman/woman

Precision Design & Manufacturing is hiring for a Handyman/woman to service all of our brands across Westlock.

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or modifications.
- Maintain low voltage systems, ensuring they operate efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and project updates.
- Conduct inspections of equipment to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
- Ability to read and understand schematics for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with clients and team members.
- Experience with low voltage systems is a plus.
- Experience with a forklift is required.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating professionalism when interacting with clients.
- Background as an industrial electrician is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Capability to fabricate parts or components as necessary for repairs or improvements.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
