Big Dog and Little Dog Grooming is a small business in Toronto, ON. We are professional, agile, customer-centric, and our goal is to Provide the most comprehensive care for your pets We take pride in our work. Health & Safety certified animal care professionals. Providing dog and cat grooming for your furry family member. We are looking for like-minded individuals to be an asset to our company and provide exceptional care to our community of animals. Experience would be preferred but we are more than willing to provide on the job training. A true knowledge of animal behaviour and health would be an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Brush and bathe animals in order to clean and maintain their fur and skin.
- Clean, cut, and trim animals' hair in order to present them in a presentable manner.
- Manage the daily schedule of pet grooming duties so as to be able to meet customer's requests.
- Perform administrative work such as scheduling appointments, receiving payments, and filing documents.
- Communicate with customers in order to understand their needs and preferences.
- Be empathetic toward clients' pets by communicating in a friendly yet professional manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
