Municipal Design Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform preliminary and detailed engineering design tasks for land development projects, including servicing, grading and stormwater management design
- Produce engineering drawings using AutoCAD Civil3D
- Assist with the preparation of functional servicing reports and other technical documents;
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, agencies and contractors throughout the approval and construction processes

**Requirements**:

- Completion of university degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- Drafting experience using AutoCAD
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work flexibly to meet deadlines
- Valid ‘G’ license, access to a vehicle and able to travel within the GTA

**Assets**:

- Knowledge of the land development processes and applicable regulations
- Experience in the land development industry
- Experience using AutoCAD Civil3D
