The clinic has developed strong rapport with local physicians and other health practitioners in and around the community.
Are you a passionate and dedicated Acupuncturist? Physio In The Six Inc. is seeking an Acupuncturist to join our dynamic team in South Etobicoke.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate of an accredited Acupuncturist program.
- Licensed to practice under the with College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO).
- MUST be registered with College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO)
- Minimum one year of experience (non-student) providing acupuncture therapy
**Duties**:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate acupuncture treatments for patients.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' individual needs and conditions.
- Administer acupuncture treatments using sterile needles and traditional Chinese medicine techniques.
- Educate patients on the benefits of acupuncture and provide guidance on lifestyle modifications to support their health and wellness goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals within the clinic to ensure coordinated care.
- Stay informed about the latest research and developments in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine..
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Graduate in Acupuncture from an accredited program.
- Valid license, certification and registration with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario (CTCMPAO)
- One to two years experience in providing acupuncture services in a private clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement appropriate interventions.

**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
