PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Commissioning & Troubleshooting of Alstom products at customer site in order to ensure their availability

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Key accountabilities:

- Carry out Commissioning, Validation and Certification activities
- Carry-out Troubleshooting of Alstom products during Warranty period as well as Pre-warranty, period including investigation and repair
- Carry out Fleet check activities
- Register all required relevant failure/event data in Defect Management data base (RailSys Light, GSI, Maximo,) incl. configuration data
- Support specific technical investigations by Engineering or internal or external Supplier
- Manage Commissioning and/or Troubleshooting team activities
- Ensure good information flow within Site teams and project teams
- Support helpdesk activities (if required)
- Implement Field Modifications (FM) when required
- Contribute to Return of Experience when required

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES
- Certified Technician or Undergraduate in technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronics)**:

- Minimum IT knowledge
- Internal EHS training
- Graduate in technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronics) (Desirable)
- English
- Several years of technical troubleshooting/investigation experience, (mechanical or electrical / electronic)
