Job Description: Early Childhood Teacher

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for young children (ages 0-3)
- Lead parent and baby fitness programs and provide parents feedback on their Childs development.
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment for children to thrive in
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child's unique needs
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engaging activities
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development

**Requirements**:

- Willing to become a trained gymnastics coach or already a trained gymnastics coach
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
