**Primary Responsibilities**
Reporting to the transit supervisor, the Transit Dispatch/Administrator is responsible for dispatching drivers, assists in incident reporting, is knowledgeable about the regional area and can provide solutions and/or alternatives for drivers. A large component of this role is assisting with administrative tasks and providing a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced work environment.
**Requirements**:
- Schedule new bookings and coordinate with drivers regarding changes
- Utilize radio to communicate effectively with all on route drivers
- Identify all drivers active on routes are on time to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and pull a variety of reports as per the managers directive
- Take responsibility for the Emergency Response Plan in the event of a serious collision
- Possess clean Criminal Record Search
- Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
- Proficient in computer software experience in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Strong customer service experience
- Available to work:
- Week 1 - Sunday 7:30am to 2:00pm, Monday 5:00am to 2:00pm.
- Week 2 -Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:00am to 2:00pm and Saturday 7:30am to 2:00pm.
