**In your role you will**:
¨ Connect with and develop helping relationships with youth

¨ Support and offer guidance to youth

¨ Supervise youth in the home

¨ Complete documentation

¨ Perform administrative and cleaning duties relating to the operation of the home

¨ Participate in on-going program development

¨ Partial completion of a Degree/Diploma in the Human Services

¨ Six (6) months of directly related experience in youth/family work

¨ Equivalencies may be considered

¨ Police Information Check; including Vulnerable Persons Sector Check (within the last 6 months)

¨ Children Services Intervention Record Check (within the last 6 months)

¨ Standard First Aid - Level C CPR + AED

¨ Valid Class 5 drivers license and current drivers abstract **are required**, having a reliable vehicle and auto insurance would be assets

¨ Strong verbal and written communication skills

¨ Experience working in a harm reduction home

¨ CARE (Children And Residential Experiences) training is an asset

¨ Desire to see youth succeed

**Starting Rate of Pay**: $24.65 - $27.74 per hour; based on experience and education
