**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Collect and process payments for services rendered
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and medical histories
- Learn to make recommendations for boutique products
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various administrative tasks
- Keep the reception area clean and organized

**Requirements**:

- Passion for animals and a genuine desire to provide excellent care
- French proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated to learn and grow within the veterinary field
- Independent and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
