**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant/Order entry clerk located in Pickering, ON. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for administrative assistance, phone etiquette, communication, executive administrative assistance, and clerical skills, as well as general office tasks such as filing, organizing, sales order entry, and answering phones.
**Qualifications**
- Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
- Proficient in Quickbooks accounting system software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience with calendar management, travel logistics, and expense reporting
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 - 42 per week
