**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Sie erwerben professionelle Kenntnisse über unser Qualitätsmanagementsystem und computergestützte Qualitätswerkzeuge.
- Sie unterstützen das Operationsteam als Schnittstelle zum TQM bei der Einhaltung von ISO-9001 und ISO-13485 Zertifikaten und Audits.
- Sie organisieren und nehmen an 8D-Aktivitätssitzungen für CAR-Anfragen von Kunden und CAPA-Verbesserungsmaßnahmen teil.
- Sie überprüfen und koordinieren Berichte über nicht konforme Materialien und CAPA von Lieferanten mit den Qualitätsmanagern der Lieferanten.
- Sie genehmigen und geben SOPs und Konzessions
- oder Sonderfreigabedokumente im Dokumentenmanagementsystem frei.
- Sie nehmen an Besprechungen abteilungsübergreifender Teams teil, besprechen Abweichungen im Kollegenkreis, unterstützen die Suche nach prozesskonformen Lösungen, vereinbaren Korrekturmaßnahmen und sorgen für deren fristgerechte Umsetzung.
- Sie unterstützen ein schnelles und vielfältiges Operations-Team.
**Dein Profil**:
- Sie sind zertifizierter Qualitätstechniker nach ASQ; vorzugsweise Certified Quality Engineer oder Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence.
- Sie haben 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung und ISO mit der Anwendung von QM-Werkzeugen.
- Sie haben nachweislich Erfolge als Qualitätsmanager und bei der Kundenzufriedenheit in technologieorientierten Unternehmen erzielt.
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der elektromechanischen Montageindustrie, einschließlich: PCB-Bestückung (IPC-A-610), maschinelle Bearbeitung und Endbearbeitung sowie Stage-Gate-Produktentwicklungsprozess.
- Sie wissen, wie wichtig es ist, die Ergebnisse Ihrer Arbeit sorgfältig zu dokumentieren und strukturiert abzulegen.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Mandarin
- oder Deutschkenntnisse sind ebenfalls von Vorteil).
