As a Mixing Operator, you will be responsible for preparing and mixing ingredients according to the recipe specifications. You will be part of a diverse and inclusive team that values safety, quality, and innovation. If you have experience in mixing operations and are passionate about creating delicious products, then this is the job for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurate ingredient Lot Code/Lot Code Change recording.
- Must accurately measure ingredients to meet recipe standards.
- Responsible for timely preparation or “staging” of ingredients for recipes.
- Must inspect quality of ingredients being used for product production prior to mixing.
- Maintain work area cleanliness.
- Responsible for following safety and quality procedures at all times.
- Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships.
- Maintains cleanliness of work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by any lead, supervisor, manager or other leader in the ASPIRE BAKERIES organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed (minimum) Grade 12 education or equivalent, with basic math skills.
- English literacy, elementary level
- GMP/HACCP Certification (in-house)
- Able to work all shifts as assigned with open flexibility
- Able to effectively communicate with leads, co-workers and department staff from all areas of operation
- Previous experience in factory or warehouse setting is considered an asset
