Rece Educator

Waterloo Infant Toddler Daycare Association is expanding our organization and we are looking for 7 RECE Educators to work for our organization in a new site opening October of 2023. Shifts range from 8 hours/5 days a week to 10 hours/4 days a week. Positions include Infant, Toddler and Preschool Educators.

Applicants should be energetic, flexible, hard working and possess strong leadership skills to work as a team setting with an expanding organization.

Health and dental benefits are available, 75% of premiums paid by the center, mental health benefits available for the employee and their immediate family. (Certain conditions apply). RRSP program with some centre matching. Three week vacation to start and 10 paid personal/sick days. Paid personal development available.

Job Requirements: A valid Vulnerable Sector Check that is in good standing, Standard First Aid and CPR, updated Health and Safety training, WHMIS certificate, all public health immunization requirements including COVID-19 vaccinations.

Position to start Mid September to October 2023. Hours are 40 hours a week, 12 months a year.

Salary range is from $47,320.00 to $52,500.00 Depending on years of experience in the field of RECE. The Salary includes all grants.
