AXED is located at Blue Mountain Village We are a recreational axe throwing venue with licensed bar offering an exceptional axe throwing experience for small and large groups.

AXED Team members will bring the FUN to our experience ensuring that ALL guests leave with a grin from ear to ear

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Check-in reservations and walk-in's, ensure all guests have signed waivers, answer phone and book reservations
- provide safety, instruction and coaching on how to throw an axe
- facilitate games/team building, keep the fun going, encourage, cheer
- responsibly serve guests alcohol, manage tabs, upsell merchandise
- cash-out guests
- daily cleaning and space maintenance

**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPECTATIONS**:

- Kick axe personality, BIG energy, life of the party
- STRONG Customer service
- Coaching experience (not required but AMAZING)
- Smart-serve certified (required), CPR/First-Aid (recommended)
- Committed. Reliable. Punctual. Honest. Ethical. HARD WORKING. Self-motivated.
- Available holidays...not all but some We are a resort based business and are open 365 days/year.

**PAY**:
Our base rate is $17/hour. After 90 days, a wage increase is possible. All team members share in the tip pool, based on the number of hours worked.
