Do you like to be on the road instead of stuck in an office? Are you detailed in how you pack your vehicle? You may be the Driver we are looking for to join the growing team at CSS Office Solutions.

To be a Driver/Mover on our team, you do need a minimum _**5 years prior experience**_ driving a 5-ton and must submit a Commercial Driver's Abstract.

You will do more than just drive. You are part of the crew and will do various tasks each day. A day may include:

- Loading and unloading material and equipment at a variety of sites
- Wrapping, padding, and securing items in moving truck
- Delivering furniture to client’s sites
- Working throughout downtown Calgary and the surrounding area
- Working with the crew to assemble products
- Loading and moving existing items between buildings
- Multiple pick-ups or deliveries
- Vehicle maintenance and safety procedures to ensure trucks are ready for delivery

Skills you would bring to our team:

- Positive attitude
- _5 years_ driving experience of 5-ton truck (must verify experience)
- Valid full Class 5 driver’s license, no GDL, and clean driver’s abstract required (no suspensions or violations)
- Experience strapping and securing loads
- Familiar with office furniture/furniture moves and installations
- Handy with tools
- Ability to lift and move over 75 lbs
- Familiar and comfortable navigating downtown and throughout the city
- Flexible availability - days, evenings, and weekends
- Good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Legally able to work in Canada

Other benefits include: birthday off with pay, overtime paid after 8 hours in the day and 40 hours in the week, paid for stats/general holidays from day one, tool allowance, paid vacation time

Wage is based on previous experience - $20 to start with experience, increase after completing probation period.
