**Job Title**:Business Analyst

**Work Location**: Toronto, ON (HYBRID - 1-2 Days in the office)

**Duration**:6+ Months Contract (Potential to go perm/Fulltime)

**Shift**:M-F 8:30 - 5pm

**Responsibilities**:

- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high level information into a detail business cases and cost benefit analysis.
- Work independently or with other team members on large initiatives.
- Elicit information on business processes and requirements using interviews, research techniques, document analysis and workshops facilitation amongst multiple stakeholders.
- Document future state and current state business processes and impacts.
- Support Project Manager and stream leads, with suggested work breakdown structure.
- Focus on service and quality excellence with an eye to continuous improvement.

**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies/Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in financial or business-related field, or equivalent
- Professional certification supporting waterfall and agile a plus.
- A minimum of 5 + year’s work experience in the financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, an ability to manage multiple assignments with competing priorities, excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65.00-$75.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
