Creative Production Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Strategy & Planning**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop innovative content strategies and concepts.
- Create detailed mood boards and visual briefs to guide creative direction.
- Align content production plans with overall marketing goals and brand identity.
- **Production Management**:

- Plan and manage all aspects of production schedules, ensuring timelines are met.
- Coordinate and lead pre-production meetings to finalize shoot objectives, logistics, and creative direction.
- Arrange and manage talents/models, including contracts, schedules, and on-site support.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Manage and oversee the team of photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all production-related queries.
- Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among all team members.
- **Shoot Execution**:

- Attend shoots to ensure smooth execution of the creative vision and troubleshoot on-site challenges.
- Provide direction and support to photographers and videographers to achieve the desired outcomes.
- **Logistics & Resource Management**:

- Coordinate equipment, locations, props, and other resources required for shoots.
- Ensure efficient allocation of budgets, keeping productions within financial constraints.
- **Post-Shoot Oversight**:

- Review and approve final outputs to ensure they meet brand standards.
- Provide feedback to the creative team to refine content quality and effectiveness.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Continuously improve production workflows and processes for enhanced efficiency and quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to innovate content production approaches.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in creative production, project management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of content creation processes, including photography, videography, and editing.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Creative problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with content management systems and project management tools.

This role is critical to ensuring the production of impactful content that resonates with the target audience and drives brand growth.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
