As a Curriculum Coordinator at Learn N Play, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational programs and ensuring that they align with our vision of providing a high-quality learning experience. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of passionate educators and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our curriculum, ensuring it reflects the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum**: You will be responsible for designing and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth of children.
- **Conducting assessments and tracking progress**: You will need to conduct regular assessments to track the progress of each classroom and adjust the curriculum as needed.
- **Collaborating with teachers and staff**: You will work with teachers and other staff members to ensure that the curriculum is being implemented effectively and to provide training and support as needed. You will be required to go to each location and observe each classroom.
- **Managing materials and resources**: You will be responsible for managing the materials and resources needed to implement the curriculum, including books, toys, and educational tools. You may request Assistant Manager's to help you with creating the material for curriculum.
- **Maintaining compliance with Licensing regulations**: You will need to ensure that staff is following all licensing regulations related to curriculum, safety, and other areas.
- **Evaluating and improving the curriculum**: You will need to evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make changes and improvements as needed to ensure that it continues to meet the needs of the children.
- **Continuing education**: You will be required to attend workshops to further your education and to learn new skills. You will be required to implement the Calm training and holistic child focused curriculum.
- **Must have general knowledge of childcare licensing regulations.**
- Please note: You are required to work 160 hours per month and you will be paid $4/hr for the ECE Wage Enhancement top-up.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $4,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- Management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Infant & Toddler Certification (required)
