**Riello Canada** a subsidiary of **Carrier** is also part of Riello the Italian brand leader in manufacturing systems and technologies for heating and cooling in the residential and professional sectors. The facility in Mississauga is responsible for building residential burners.

**About this role**

**Riello **in** Mississauga **is looking for a **Commercial Helper** to join our team onsite to pick, pack, assemble, and test components.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Pick, pack, assemble, and leak test gas trains
- Pick, pack, assemble, and test fire gas burners
- Assemble RTC boiler parts, mount burners on the boiler, package gas trains and boilers
- Read and decipher schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions

**Basic Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months plus experience in picking, packing, and assembling components and parts
- Physically, able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Eligibility to join Teamster Local Union 938

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Punctuality
- English communication verbal and written
- Detail-oriented and able to problem-solve
- Ability to follow work instructions and drawings
- Take direction and instructions from the group leader
- Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts
