Localisé dans nos locaux à Montréal, le gestionnaire des programmes techniques (TPM) supervise des projets de recherche et développement (R&D) en intelligence artificielle générative, qui sont complexes et multidisciplinaires. Ce gestionnaire appliquera ses compétences en ingénierie et en produit tout au long de la durée de vie du projet. Il appliquera son ample expertise technique, produit et en matière de leadership afin de garantir la remise à temps des projets, identifier les opportunités futures, améliorer les processus, et orienter les orientations techniques du programme.
- Vos responsabilités_

Nous recherchons un responsable de programme technique motivé pour rejoindre l'équipe de R&D de Cerence. Les principales responsabilités seront (sans toutefois s'y limiter):
- Piloter la définition et l'exécution du programme stratégique Cerence Generative AI, de la définition des exigences à la livraison au client.- Identifier et résoudre les problèmes du programme en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec toutes les équipes impliquées, y compris la gestion de produit, l'UX/design, la R&D, l'ingénierie système et les ventes.- Diriger la planification, la gestion et le reporting des projets réalisés par des équipes de développement interfonctionnelles réparties dans des géographies diverses.- Définir et améliorer les processus de gestion de programme et de projet- Élaborer et suivre de près des plans de bout en bout avec la pleine adhésion des différentes équipes, y compris la gestion de produit, la R&D, la livraison de produit, en veillant à respecter les délais.- Rendre compte de l'état d'avancement du projet et des risques à l'aide d'un tableau de bord de projet et d'un solide plan de communication.- Influencer la direction du programme en utilisant vos connaissances techniques et votre expertise en la matière par le biais d'une analyse basée sur les données.- Responsable de la gestion des modifications de contenu et des dépendances externes.- Proposer des améliorations et de nouveaux domaines à aborder pour faciliter la coordination et la coopération et réduire les erreurs. Orienter l'équipe vers l'utilisation des meilleures pratiques et d'une automatisation maximale.
- Votre profil_- Titulaire d’un diplôme de baccalauréat en génie, informatique, mathématiques ou domaine connexe.- Expérience approfondie en génie logiciel, et/ou génie matériel, et/ou génie système.- Expérience avérée en gestion technique de programmes et de projets.- Expérience dans la livraison de projets technologiques de leur commencement à l'acceptation par le client.- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.- Autonome, déterminé et motivé.- Compétences remarquables en matière d'influence et de négociation.- Une personne axée sur les résultats et douée pour la résolution de problèmes.- Expérience dans la coordination de projets dynamiques avec des équipes géographiquement dispersées.- Une personne motivée, attentive aux détails, possédant d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles, capable de concilier les tâches immédiates avec les exigences à plus long terme.- Expérience avec les méthodes de développement logiciel Agile.- Une personne dotée d'excellentes compétences en présentation et capable d'ajuster les messages en fonction de l'audience.
- Compétences préférées_- Formation/cours en gestion de projet (atout).- Certification PMP ou autre formation en gestion de projet.- Connaissance technique en intelligence artificielle.- Connaissance des outils agiles d'Atlassian (Jira, Confluence).- Expérience dans l'amélioration et le déploiement des processus de gestion de projet.
