- Greet and welcome clients with a warm, friendly demeanor
- Answer and manage multiple phone lines efficiently
- Schedule and confirm appointments with precision
- Please provide information about our services and products
- Assist clients with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth client flow
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Upsell services and products to clients

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist in dental or optometrist offices
- Familiarity with medical environments and private business operations
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and sophisticated approach
- Excellent phone etiquette and appointment booking experience
- Friendly, upbeat personality with a positive attitude
- Highly organized and meticulous in work habits
- Ability to multi-task and handle a busy reception area
- Accurate with financial transactions and record-keeping
- Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software and office equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
