As a Scrum Master/Project Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of complex technical systems of varying sizes to new and existing customers and will be part of discovering new technologies within the FinTech industry.

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to strengthen our team with proper PDLC process. You will be responsible for driving the execution of central initiatives across the Nasdaq Corporate Solutions portfolio of Software Products and Software Services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Play an active role within Technology teams acting as a Scrum Master
- Coordinate and manage progress based on consistent Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes leveraging Agile and SAFE methodologies
- Drive project risks and issues to resolution to minimize project impact while ensuring compliance to standards and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
- Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives
- Handle release management tasks to ensure the team is compliant with PDLC documentation mandates
- Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
- Ensures the success of Agile projects by guiding the team, removing obstacles, and facilitating timely and budget-friendly delivery of high-quality results.
- Influence and coach other team members into best Agile practices
- Manage change management plans, team engagement, and communication.
- Support Product Owner in refining the product backlog.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience ideally in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban
- Familiarity with MS Azure and Git DevOps environment.
- Basic understanding of.NET (.Net Core Preferred) and Ms SQL technologies.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in diverse and fast-paced environments and working with a geographically distributed team.
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, and so on)
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
- Sound knowledge of program management and solution delivery
- Significant experience with SDLC methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SAFE
- Technically competent with various software programs including MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Scrum Master, Agile certifications a Plus
- Knowledge and experience with Change Management process
- Understands databases and software development.
