Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing the bar with/for bartenders
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check inventory for the bar on weekly basis (alcohol, juices, equipment, fruits etc.)
- Responsible for making cocktail kegs, changing kegs and being the support that the bartenders need
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely delivery of food as well as drink orders
**Experience**:
- Experience in the industry is preferred although we are willing to train people whom are willing to learn
- Basic Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages
- Familiarity with bartending tools and equipment
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
Please note that this position requires working evenings, weekends, and sometimes holidays.
