We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Laborer to join our team. As a Farm Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to farm maintenance and operations. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including heavy machinery and power tools
- Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing fences, buildings, and equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

**Requirements**:

- Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining farm machinery
- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as tractors and harvesters
- Proficiency in using power tools for various tasks
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and manual labor for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with farm machinery and hand tools
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
