Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Branch Manager on a permanent basis at our TGP (The Grocery People) Warehouse in Kamloops, B.C

***Who we are**:
***What you’ll do**:
You will be responsible for the Kamloops TGP branch operations and providing high quality products and services to TGP customers, which includes 250 Food Service, small and large retail, and produce customers within interior B.C.
- You will manage and coordinate the truck fleet, provide oversite for warehouse receiving, picking and shipping operations, and ensure inventory integrity.
- You will gather and evaluate market competition information to determine marketing and pricing strategies.
- You will assist in preparing the annual budget for the branch and ensure proper adherence and expense controls are put in place.
- You will work to develop products and services and establish relationships with internal and external customers to ensure a high rate of customer satisfaction.
- You will provide daily guidance, coaching and development to your 3 direct reports and oversight to their team members who include sales consultants, customer service admin, selectors, and drivers.
- You will support the branch’s HR functions such as performance management, training, and recruitment.
- You will ensure compliance with OH&S standards and report all safety issues and concerns.

***Who you are**:

- You have a Grade 12 diploma or equivalent. Post-Secondary education in business, finance, or sales is preferred.
- You have a minimum of 6-9 years of experience in a food service sales environment and 1 year of supervisory experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered)
- You, ideally, have experience in fleet management and/or a warehouse setting.
- You have a valid Class 5 driver’s license. A Class 3 license is preferred.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
