**Wild Rose Co-op** is looking for an energetic, tech-savvy, and creative **Marketing & Communications Advisor** to join our team in **Camrose, Alberta**

**What this role will be responsible for**:

- Aids in the development and execution of the marketing and communication materials for internal and external audiences, yearly, and specific campaign marketing plans for business-to-business and business-to-consumer commodities. Plays a lead role in the many marketing activities of Wild Rose Co-op across locations and commodity lines. Responsible for planning, creating, and distributing all internal and external communications, including newsletters.
- Aids in the development and execution of Community Relations through the development and execution of the Community Giving strategy to strengthen the brand while actively seeking to improve the local community in which the local Co-op operates in and being an active participant in community initiatives. Assists with planning and execution of community events, programs, campaigns, and any others that may be relevant to the local community.
- Ensures the Co-op brand is defined and upheld throughout all marketing streams by designing and deploying branded content to create public awareness. Establish consistency throughout the overall design of content to promote the organization's image externally through print, media, and events.
- Ensures programs are organized, executed, and marketed to the community through campaigns, and activations. Providing clerical support to the programs.
- Spends time participating in, collecting, and analyzing data as it becomes available to ensure competitiveness in the local and industry markets (using Google analytics and other website and media analytics tools). Research potential new marketing practices and ensures best practices are in place. Liaises with Home Office marketing as needed to ensure marketing tools and strategies are in place for the Local Co-op.

**Qualifications**
- Special skills that would be an asset to the role include videography, photography, and drone operation.
- Experience working with Canva, LoKnow, Adobe InDesign, Apple's suite of products, and other marketing software would be an asset.
- Valid Class 5 licence and a clean drivers abstract will be required to be added to company insurance policy.
