Pharmacy Assistant

**ABOUT US**

We are an independent, community based pharmacy with a focus on a patient centered practice. We are currently seeking an experienced, **part-time** **pharmacy assistant** to join our team.

You must be proactive, and have a passion for helping those in need. In addition, we are looking for someone who is highly motivated and hard working. In turn, we will provide a flexible, fun work environment for you to succeed.

**Reporting to** : Manager, Pharmacist

**Work Location** : Aldergrove, BC

**Start Date** : Immediately

**Hours** : Weekdays

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greeting patients and confirming accuracy of prescriptions
- Dispensing medications accurately
- Completing customer pick ups
- Data entry
- Managing pharmacy inventory

**ABOUT YOU**
- Detail oriented and dependable
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work proactively as a member of a dynamic team
- Adaptable and fast learner
- Multilingual is an asset

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**
- pharmacy: 1 year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aldergrove, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- pharmacy: 2 years (preferred)
