**GENERAL SUMMARY**

The Outsourcing Analyst is responsible to ensure products are delivered to warehouses in a timely manner to support customer orders. This position will report to the CSL Supervisor as part of the Operations Team at EQI. To be successful, a high level of coordination will be required across the organization, particularly with EQI’s Account Managers, Project Engineers, Quality Engineers, and global personnel in the Production Control and Logistics functions.

**DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES**
- This position is the main point of contact for daily communication with EQI’s suppliers and warehouse partners regarding orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
- The Inventory Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels at all VMI locations based on shipment forecasts and inventory reports.
- Specific duties include:

- Inventory management
- ensuring accurate inventory levels based on warehouse reporting
- Monitoring inbound shipments
- Performing customer fulfillments for invoicing purposes
- New item set up in ERP
- Physical/virtual inventory audits
- Maintaining accurate data in ERP
- Responsible for planning and monitoring shipments from suppliers and VMI locations to customers. This includes oversight of freight handling, container quality, and functionality.
- This position is the first point of contact for warehouse concerns including:

- Stock levels/timeliness
- Damage/claims
- Consolidation
- Freight/inventory costs
- Additional responsibilities include:

- Development of reports and programs with warehouses to assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels
- Proactive communication with warehouses and freight forwarders to achieve on time delivery
- Responsible for developing and maintaining customer “part file” data within EQI’s ERP system, including:

- Item master and supplier detail
- Container ETA
- Tooling and sample PO creation for new product launch
- Customer sales order entry
- Create and maintain reports as requested by warehouses including:

- Container shipping reports
- ins and outs
- Warehouse inventory and scheduling reports
- Supplier delay reports
- Responsible for coordination of physical inventory counts at warehouses as needed
- Other duties as assigned by the CSL Supervisor

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- 1-2 years of relevant inventory management work experience
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal skills
- High level of analytical skills utilizing data from multiple sources
- Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
- High standards of accuracy and precision
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment is required
- Ability to effectively organize and plan
- Ability to travel (US and International) an estimated 5% or as needed.
- EQI operates globally, at times this will necessitate availability beyond EQI’s standard office hours
