- Manage and grow new and existing customer accounts through effective account management techniques (Full loads from Atlantic Provinces to Toronto, and from Nova Scotia to the US)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products
- Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and develop strategies to acquire them
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the freight industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in data entry systems to manage customer information
