**Job Summary**

The Training & Learning Centre of Renfrew County is seeking a part-time Customer Service Clerk for 21 hours a week. This is a new position for a Service Ontario pilot project and there will be a trial period of 6 months. Work hours may be reduced after the trial period based on customer demand. Training will be provided and will begin the week of April 17, 2023. Flexibility is required.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Exceptional customers service skills and friendly demeanor and professional appearance
- Ability to provide customers with prompt, accurate and courteous service
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Experience handling cash, calculating fees, collecting money, and preparing deposits
- POS machine experience will be considered an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Have administrative skills and can accurately maintain filing systems
- Ability to type with accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and willingness to learn

**Salary**: $18 /hour

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
