**Job Summary**:The Head of Marketing and Social Media will be responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and day-to-day marketing and social media initiatives at

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy**:

- Create a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Identify key market segments, target audiences, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and promotions.
- Work with the Sales and Business Development teams to bring in best practices across sales operations - including lead management/nurturing, sales funnel & flow, to CRM marketing management.

**2. Social Media Management**:

- Manage and oversee all social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter,

Facebook, Instagram) to strengthen the company's online presence.
- Develop engaging content and campaigns for social media platforms to drive user engagement, brand loyalty, and lead generation.
- Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and continuously optimize strategies for maximum impact.

**3. Content Marketing**:

- Create compelling and informative content, including blog posts, whitepapers, infographics, videos, and webinars.
- Ensure content is optimized for SEO and contributes to thought leadership in the mortgage lending industry.

**4. Digital Advertising and SEO**:

- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns to attract potential customers and increase brand visibility.
- Optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility, lead generation, and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion rates to improve online performance.

**5. Brand Management**:

- Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Manage brand reputation and proactively address any issues or concerns that arise.

**6. Marketing Analytics**:

- Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Leverage PPC, LinkedIn, Capterra, and Calendly to analyze data and drive lead volume.
- Provide regular reports on key performance metrics, including ROI, lead conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.

**7. Events & Publications**:

- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to Project Manage events, sponsorships, publications and tradeshows.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience (5+ yrs) B2B marketing in SaaS/Software or fintech industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Project Management skills and background are ideal.
- Post Secondary in the Marketing field or equivalent skills and experience.
- Experience in marketing to sales operations best practices and CRM use.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, digital advertising platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions..
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing principles.
- Knowledge of mortgage lending or financial services is a plus.
