**Position: Head Hostess**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & Management**:

- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Train, mentor, and supervise the hostess team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Coordinate with management and other departments to maintain high service standards.
- **Guest Relations**:

- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their entire experience.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists using our reservation system.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Maintain a pristine and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects Bowie’s upscale image.
- Monitor and manage the flow of guests to optimize seating efficiency and minimize wait times.
- Implement and uphold health and safety standards within the hostess area.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years in a hostess or front-of-house role, preferably within high-end restaurants or lounges.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with reservation and front-of-house management software.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

**Poste : Hôtesse Principale**

**Responsabilités Clés**:

- **Leadership & Gestion**:

- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de la salle pour assurer un service fluide et efficace.
- Former, encadrer et superviser l'équipe d'hôtesses, en favorisant un environnement de travail positif et professionnel.
- Coordonner avec la direction et les autres départements pour maintenir des standards de service élevés.
- **Relations avec les Clients**:

- Accueillir les clients avec chaleur et professionnalisme, donnant le ton pour toute leur expérience.
- Gérer les réservations, les dispositions des sièges et les listes d'attente en utilisant notre système de réservation.
- Traiter les demandes des clients, les requêtes spéciales et résoudre rapidement et courtoisement tout problème.
- **Excellence Opérationnelle**:

- Maintenir une zone de réception impeccable et organisée, reflétant l'image haut de gamme de Bowie.
- Surveiller et gérer le flux des clients pour optimiser l'efficacité des sièges et minimiser les temps d'attente.
- Mettre en œuvre et respecter les normes de santé et de sécurité au sein de la zone d'accueil.

**Qualifications**:

- **Expérience**:

- Minimum de 3 ans dans un rôle d'hôtesse ou en front-of-house, de préférence dans des restaurants ou lounges haut de gamme.
- Expérience avérée en leadership avec la capacité de gérer et motiver une équipe.
- **Compétences**:

- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.
- Forte capacité d'organisation et de multitâche.
