We are looking for a competent, motivated, and ambitious Sales Account Executive to join our globally distributed team. If you love finding new business opportunities and managing relationships with existing clients, this job is for you

You’ll be directly responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our customer base.

We expect you to have skills and experience in sales and that you are self-driven and result-oriented.

Responsibility

Cold-calling and cold-outreach

Contacting (qualified) prospects

Scheduling and conducting demo calls

Maintaining the communication with leads until the opportunity is closed and won

Following up with the prospect in case of any unresolved queries

Interacting with the prospect until the Customer Success Manager takes over with the Technical Department

Setting the customer up for a successful onboarding

Communicating the expectations of a further process with the customer

Communicating with customers regarding the contract renewal process

Leading the contract renewal process

Maintaining successful relationships

Identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling

**Requirements**:
2 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role

Experience in working with Microsoft SPLA partners is a big plus

Good negotiation skills

Good knowledge of working with CRM Systems

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Team player

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Enthusiastic and passionate

BSc or BA in business administration, sales, or marketing

Ability to speak and write in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $143.10-$174.90 per day

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
