**Our Family Resource Network in Wetaskiwin is seeking a**:
**Part Time Family Resource Network Spoke Coordinator**

The **FRN (Family Resource Network)** is funded through the Childcare and Early Intervention Delivery Branch of The Ministry of Children and Family Services and has been created to provide Alberta families, children and youth aged 0-18 with evidence based and informed services. The services offered by the FRN will include child development, well-being support, caregiver capacity building support, and social connections and supports.

**Minimum Qualifications and Requirements**:

- A diploma in the Human Services Field and minimum 2 years human services experience _(consideration will be given to those with partially completed education)_
- Proof of Membership in Professional Association _(when applicable)_
- Experience in community development
- Experience in leadership
- Basic First Aid Level C with Adult, Child, and Infant CPR &AED
- Suicide Intervention Training & De-Escalation Training
- Intervention Record & Criminal Record Check with the vulnerable sector
- Class 5 driver’s license, clean drivers abstract and reliable vehicle for occasional client transportation required.
- Knowledge and understanding of Indigenous Culture considered an asset.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Directing clients to the appropriate services within McMan and the surrounding community
- Interacting with clients to build a positive rapport within the community.
- Establishing a joint vision and outcome with other partners
- Measure and analyze the outcomes and performance of the program.
- Generate information and feedback to promote learning and removal of barriers.
- Provide assessment, quality improvement and address any barriers that arise.
- Supervision of Family Resource Network Spoke staff

**Starting Wage**: $32.26 per hour. Plus, Travel Reimbursement at $0.55/KM.

**Hours of work**:16 hours per week. Tuesday to Friday, Noon to 4:00 p.m. Availability to flex time if community meetings require.
