**Primary Responsibilities**
- First point of contact for the business
- Handle all inbound calls
- Schedule customer appointments
- Set customers' expectations to appointment details (transportation options, length of service, price estimate, etc.)
- Administrative duties

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Exceptional customer service skills, both in person, over the phone, and digitally.
- Strong computer skills, including Mitchell Repair Center software
- Team Player who works well within an office environment
- High attention to detail while maintaining efficiency
- Capable of conversing with others clearly and confidently
- Self-directed and able to manage time well under pressure
- Comfortable having difficult conversations to ensure customers' expectations are set correctly
- Able to seek information and fact found in response to customer inquiries

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 2 years
- Previous Collision Industry Experience is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
