We are seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team and contribute to the creation of exceptional bread.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules.
- Prepare and mix bread doughs following established recipes and techniques.
- Operate baking equipment including mixers, ovens, and proofers.
- Shape and mold dough into various bread forms, ensuring proper consistency and appearance.
- Monitor and adjust baking times and temperatures to achieve desired texture and flavor.
- Assist in the development of new bread recipes and flavor profiles.
- Maintain a clean and organized baking station and work area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and workflow.
- Adhere to health and safety standards in food handling and preparation.
- Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards of taste, appearance, and quality.
- Assist in inventory management and ingredient ordering as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bread Baker or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of bread baking techniques, fermentation, and dough handling.
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
- Creativity in developing new bread recipes and flavors.
- Familiarity with commercial baking equipment and ovens.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy bags of flour.
- A positive attitude, passion for baking, and willingness to learn and grow.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
