Who we’re looking for:
Our organization is looking for energetic, highly motivated and driven recent graduates that meet the following requirements:

- Completed an undergraduate degree in business or related discipline within the last 12 months
- Have an interest in financial services and the automotive industry
- Bilingual ( English and French) an asset
- Team player, flexible, proactive
- Strong analytical and problem
- solving skills
- Leadership, influencing & communication skills
- Innovative thinking and a passion for continuous improvement

What You’ll Be Doing:
The Business Stream allows for rotations within the following sample of groups:
Business Operations
- Gain knowledge and experience in TFS’ customer life cycle and business processes including customer service, collections, and remarketing.

Sales/Marketing and Business Innovation
- Gain knowledge and experience TFS’ Sales and Marketing Programs and initiatives
- Gain knowledge and experience in TFS’ Mobility Programs and other Business Innovation Initiatives

Retail Credit
- Gain knowledge and experience in the consumer and commercial credit adjudication process
