Bagger Operator

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Bagger Operator is responsible for the day-to-day activities as part of the Production team.

Immediate hiring. No experience? No problem, we will train. **Mandatory rotating shift.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure finished feed is sampled and inspected; Complete log documentation and food safety documentation
- Constant quality awareness: Complete bags with correct product tag; Verify correct Lot #s are pulled for order requirements (sampling process)
- Ensure accurate bag weight/run size is produced
- Maintain good housekeeping
- Adhere to the safety and food safety requirements per the company protocols
- Ensure orders are completed accurately to customer’s ordered requirements

**PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent
- 2-3 yrs. experience in a mill or warehouse preferred
- Strong, problem
- solving and decision-making abilities
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and under tight deadlines
- A positive attitude, engaged and open to continuous learning

**GOOD TO KNOW**
- ** Physical Requirements**: Ability to regularly bend and twist, open and close lids, climb ladders, and lift 50 pounds
- ** Work environment**: Often exposed to loud sounds, distracting noise levels, and dusty environment
- Must be available to do shift work
- Full Time; Permanent.
