**Position Overview**
As a Money Advisor, you are the face of Gulf & Fraser and central to the member experience. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, personal drive and initiative, and thrive on seeking out the best solutions for your customers with your knack for balancing sales and outstanding customer service.
**What does a Money Advisor do?**
- Builds relationships with credit union members, including seeking out new members and opening new accounts, along with maintaining positive and productive relationships with existing members.
- Provides full-cycle account services including processing general banking transactions, identifying and processing deposit, investment and lending needs and resolving account issues.
- Proactively connects with members to identify needs as well as seek opportunities for additional and future business, and strengthen members’ banking relationships with Gulf & Fraser.
- Collaborates with branches and other departments, and provides referrals to product specialists, to ensure a superior member experience and increase business across the credit union.
- Builds and maintains a professional network within the branch and local community and represents Gulf & Fraser as a positive community partner.

**What do you need to be a successful Money Advisor?**
- 2-3 years’ experience in a sales and service-oriented role
- Excellent customer service and strong relationship building abilities
- Entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit
- Self-initiative in driving your career and personal development
- Degree or diploma in Business or Finance is an preferred; general understanding of retail banking principles is an asset
