**HOURLY RATE - $22.70**

**PART-TIME OR FULL-TIME HOURS**:

- Part Time - two shifts per week
- From early December to March 2025

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**

The incumbent is a member of the Cash Room. The Transaction Auditor exemplifies our cultural of creating revolutionary guest experiences and contributes positively toward uniting the team around purpose and fun. The purpose of this role is to audit transactions to identify potential fraud and reduce risk by using multiple systems to analyze data.
- Reviewing all online transactions and flagging those with key fraud indicators.
- Monitoring chargebacks, creating and submitting rebuttals to internal and external parties.
- Effectively communicating with various departments regarding potential fraud transactions for follow-up and confirmation.
- Finalizing any confirmed fraud transactions through the Point of Sale (POS) systems for proper reporting.
- Reporting on all daily activities surround fraud and chargebacks.
- Embracing and actively participating in a culture of teamwork between all employees that achieves the department's targets.

**WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?**
- Post-Secondary education in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in accounting an asset
- Familiar with using different systems such as RTP/ Business Central/ SMS
- Intermediate computer skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent pattern recognition skills and the ability to see similarities and call out key indicatorsStrong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Successful applicants will be required to complete a Criminal, Credit & Reference Background Check
