**Duties & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Manage the day to day information for your fleet
- Effectively communicate, in a timely manner; with the driver population
- Maximize availability and utilization of the drivers
- Ensuring full compliance and adherence to rules and regulations of your fleet
- Retention of drivers
- Manage inputs into the operating software
- Attention to detail and organization
- Previous experience in the transportation industry
