**About us**

Maximum Clean Canada, a leading residential cleaning business in Canada, is seeking dependable and diligent house cleaning contractors to join our team. As a contractor, you will be responsible for cleaning up residential properties in the Hamilton/Burlington/Oakville regions. Please note that we require applicants to have a private vehicle for transportation.

- Competitive Pay: Our house cleaners earn between $19-$23 per hour, based on their experience and performance. Plus, all tips given by customers are yours to keep. You will be paid weekly, so you won't have to wait for a month to receive your income.
- Deductible Expenses: As a contractor, you can deduct your expenses while on the job, such as gas, cleaning supplies, mobile phone bills, and other potential expenses like on-the-go lunches.
- Supportive Team: We provide helpful support workers to assist you with finding a house, obtaining instructions, and other appointment-related issues. You won't have to worry about dealing with administrative, marketing, or appointment-setting problems because we've got you covered.
- Enjoyable Work Environment: You can choose some music to listen to as you work and enjoy a stress-free working environment.

What We Offer:

- Competitive pay range: $19-$23 per hour for house cleaners, based on experience and performance, plus tips.
- Flexible Schedule: Full-time or part-time hours.
- Day shift
- Bonus pay and tips.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms in residential homes.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors and carpets.
- Dust and polish surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
- Empty trash and recycling containers.
- Clean mirrors, windows, and glass surfaces.
- Change bed linens and make beds.
- Stock and maintain cleaning supplies.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues to the client.

What We're Looking For:

- At least 2 years of residential experience or related (e.g. housekeeping, nanny, or nursing home)
- MUST have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must know how to clean.
