**Job Title: Salesperson**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of retailer operations, systems, products, and needs; leverages current retailer relationships to enable the company to secure a profitable business.
- Responsible for seeking new dealers; building and expanding sales channels in all provinces.
- Ensure company brand is represented accurately in each channel (from sales leads to existing customers);
- Contact potential customers and maintain good relationships.
- Forecast sales goals and deliver reports on sales goals, targets, and additional sales insights.
- Set sales goals and monitor sales progress; improve sales goal when needed.
- Manage sales teams’ activities and lead the team to achieve sales goals.
- Provide seminars and other training on sales techniques to sales team.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Related diploma/degree in a technical or business discipline.
- 3-year experience in related industry or combinations of education and working experience is also considered.
- Knowledge of wholesale sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Previous experiences in motor vehicle and machinery-related wholesale industry are preferred.
- Able to travel up to 75% of the time (by car/plane), with overnights in other cities to support sales activity as needed.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
