- Guiding and caring for a group of children ages 5-12 years and have experience supporting children who have challenging behaviours

**You will have**:

- Responsible Adult or Early Childhood Educator Assistant certificate
- Minimum 1 year experiencing leading a program within the 5-12 year old age group
- First Aid training and current certification.
- 3 letters of Reference
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- Having a class 2 or 4 license would be an asset
- Running school aged camps would also be an asset.
- Available Monday to Friday, 1pm-6pm with the flexibility to work full time during school breaks
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Computer skills with proficiency in Word and Excel
- Well developed interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication.
- Strong knowledge and awareness of age-appropriate programming and development needs of children
- Ability to professionally deal with family and parenting issues and needs
- Knowledge of the broader childcare field and its role in the community

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
