people live healthier lives. The Clinical Applications Analyst is responsible for providing training and support to
- starter with strong organizational, time management and interpersonal skills, and enjoy taking on challenging

issues. You thrive in an ever changing and fast-paced environment. Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Supports and maintains the Health Information System - Meditech, with greater emphasis on Pharmacy

modules and account management in MIS.
- Participates in planning and implementing upgrades and new modules, providing advice and consultation

on functional requirements, evaluating techniques and standards.
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Tests and implements new features of software and implements changes to systems in response to user

requests.
- Responds to specialized programming requests, including creation of NPR and related reports.
- Communicates directly with vendors to identify and remediate any issues.
- Liaise with technical support and infrastructure teams, providing guidance and assistance with end-user

incident requests.
- Document support requests, create technical documents, user guides as necessary.

Information System upgrade.
- Additional responsibilities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Health Care Professional in good standing with his/her respective College.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience with Meditech.
- Willingness to learn and support all Meditech modules and NPR reporting.
- Strong analytical, prioritization and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple professionals to meet organizational goals.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintaining steadiness, composure and professional disposition.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Awareness of Confidentiality and Security a must.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, to successfully support all levels of staff in resolving issues.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Vehicle and valid driver’s licence, to enable travel between customer sites.
- Willingness to working over-time and flexible with schedule as needed for project delivery and other

support needs.

**Hours of Work**:Primary: Monday to Friday, but must be available to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
