(Seasonal Contract Positions)

The County of Two Hills No. 21 is seeking a two (2) person team for a seasonal contract position as Park Caretakers for Sandy Lake and Jackfish Lake campsites. Park Caretaker’s duties and responsibilities are as follows:

- Ability to live at the park during the camping season (the County of Two Hills can provide a small accommodation on site at Sandy Lake only)
- Park caretaker experience is an asset
- Knowledgeable and experience with grounds maintenance and light equipment operations
- Ability to work respectfully with the campers and problem solve when situations arise
- Ability to work independently and multi-task when needed
- Ability to enforce park rules
- Follow and adhere to the County of Two Hills Safety Policies
- Maintenance of all camping buildings
- Maintenance and cleaning of washroom/shower/out house facilities
- Maintenance and cleaning of gazebo, day use area
- Maintenance and cleaning of all camping areas

Preferences in this position are as follows:

- Light Equipment operations and servicing
- Grounds keeping and maintenance experience
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

The County of Two Hills No. 21 is offering a competitive compensation contract. This position is a seasonal position with a term commencing May 1, 2023 and terminating on September 15, 2023.
