As the Director of revenue operations at Ubiweb, you will work with our internal sales teams, marketing, and operations team and external consultants, to improve the efficiency, understanding of, and performance of the entire organization from a systems and technology perspective.

You will manage a team of 3 specialists (IT Specialist, Finance Admin, Junior Project Coordinator) and work closely with external consultants to deliver on mission critical business objectives.

**What your day-to-day looks like**
- Ensure process efficiency between marketing, sales, and operations
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data through the entire organization
- Optimize and automate our GTM tech stack including but not limited to Hubspot, Wrike, Dialpad, Duda, etc.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for additions or enhancements
- Troubleshoot technical issues and work cross-departmentally with leaders to test and implement solutions
- Develop, manage, and launch new processes, workflows, and automation that drive the efficiency of our customer facing and operations teams
- Partner with the leadership team on building and maintaining team reporting and dashboards
- Provide analytics to the leadership team for implementation and monitoring of different sales and production strategies, and deliver actionable insights to establish operational priorities
- Be an ambassador for the Ubiweb team, bring your ideas, your wit and grit to the table

**What you bring to the team**
- 5+ years of experience in a Revenue, Sales or Business Operations role in SaaS
- Performance driven, not just process driven :)
- Experience managing high performing, specialized teams
- 3+ years experience working very closely with Hubspot creating automations and reporting
- Able and willing to roll up your sleeves to dive into the tools as needed
- Proactive and obsessed about data cleanliness, smooth operation of reporting and processes from beginning to the end
- A problem solver who loves to work with stakeholders to figure out root causes and drive efficiency
- Firm understanding of the entire customer lifecycle, and the impact of systems and tools at each stage
- Ability to interpret process gaps and propose solutions to their underlying causes
- Experience with a large tech stack and technical ability to optimize systems integrations
